All-Ink.com College Scholarship Program

All-Ink.com is committed to helping students pursue their goal of a higher education.
All-Ink.com is offering up to $5,000 in scholarships to qualified students who are enrolled or planning to participate in an accredited college or university program during the Spring 2009 or Fall 2009 term or full-year 2009-2010 school year. Students who apply must be a United States citizen or permanent resident with a minimum 2.5 Grade Point Average. In addition, students applying are required to complete a 50 to 200 word essay about who has had the greatest impact on your life, and a 50 to 200 word essay on what you hope to achieve in your personal and professional life after completing college. You can complete your application on-line. Just follow the steps below. If you have family, friends, or others you know that could benefit from the All-Ink.com Scholarship, have them come apply too. Just click the button to the right to tell them.

Deadline is December 31, 2008.
Winners will be notified by February 20, 2009.

THE VEGETARIAN RESOURCE GROUP COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIPS

The Vegetarian Resource Group each year will award $10,000 in college scholarship money to graduating U.S. high school students who have promoted vegetarianism in their schools and/or communities. Vegetarians do not eat meat, fish, or fowl. Two awards of $5,000 each will be given. Entries may only be sent by students graduating from high school in spring 2009. Deadline is February 20, 2009. We will accept applications postmarked before or on February 20, 2009. Early submission is encouraged.

Applicants will be judged on having shown compassion, courage, and a strong commitment to promoting a peaceful world through a vegetarian diet/lifestyle. Payment will be made to the student’s college (U.S. based only). Winners of the scholarships give permission to release their names to the media. Applications and essays become property of The Vegetarian Resource Group. We may ask finalists for more information.

Each year, APIO awards up to 5 scholarships worth $1000 each to deserving Asian or Pacific Islander students who wish to pursue, are currently enrolled in, or are admitted to an accredited 4 year or 2 year institution. High school and college seniors are eligible only if they are admitted to an accredited 4 year or 2 year institution during the scholarship year. Only Asian or Pacific Islander students who are U.S. citizens are eligible for the scholarship. One of the goals of the APIO scholarship is to introduce students to the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) and get them to consider NRCS as a potential employer. The scholarships are awarded to students who intend to earn a Bachelor’s or graduate degree in agriculture; any natural resources conservation related field of study; computer science, or engineering. PT Bank Lippo Tbk (“LB”), a major investee company of Khazanah Nasional Berhad, Malaysia, believes in developing the human capital in the Republic of Indonesia. In this regard, LB is pleased to offer scholarships and financial assistance to deserving Indonesian students who intend to pursue their tertiary education at selected university in Indonesia.

Therefore, LB is inviting applications from high school graduates who would like to pursue a Bachelor’s Degree program majoring in Commerce, Finance, Economic, Accounting, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, and Law.

The scholarship grant will be based on the merits of the applicant, including academic grades and school extra-curricular activities. However, to provide opportunities to those who would otherwise have difficulties in financing their tertiary education, special consideration will be given to applications from students that come from a financially disadvantaged family.
